This machine is special equipment for rolling scaffolding panels. Put steel coil on the decoiling device,through flatting equipment clear up the metallic inner power ,passive driving by servo feeding go into punching machine, all these above 3 device can be controlled by one computer to avoid material buildup. After that , roll forming machine with different forming roller stand and hydraulic cutting/PLC control system for final scaffolding panel. The second control cabinet can be programable for various production task , then realize “automatic length to cut”.
